SECTION 1. No person shall be elected to the House of Representatives more than three times, nor to the Senate more than twice.
SECTION 2. Any person who serves more than half of an unexpired term to which another person was elected or appointed shall be considered to have been elected to a full term for the purposes of this article.
SECTION 3. Any person holding office as a Representative or Senator upon the ratification of this article who has met or exceeded the limits established in Section 1 shall be eligible for election to one final term.
